PTFE convoluted hose with stainless steel braiding and vacuum helix

PTFE HOSE TYPE NFR-AV

Our PTFE hose type NFR-AV is an electrically conductive PTFE convoluted hose with stainless steel braiding and a vacuum helix. The rugged stainless steel wire braiding provides the PTFE convoluted hose with optimum protection.

PTFE hose type NFR-AV

The PTFE convoluted hose with stainless steel braiding and a vacuum helix, suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (EX zone 0), is often used where a vacuum occurs simultaneously with higher temperatures. Proven areas of use include chemical and pharmaceutical plants where high chemical resistance, thermal stability and elasticity, as well as weathering resistance are indispensable. The vacuum helix is located in the wave trough on the outside of the liner and prevents the hose from kinking under extreme conditions. We can offer a variety of fittings and materials for all our PTFE hoses and are pleased to respond flexibly to customer requests. The serial number on the fitting ensures complete traceability of our hoses.
